My work spans the full range of transformation: strategic change, operational effectiveness, and structural change, including mergers and acquisitions. I set the context, shape the target, and translate it into the architecture, capabilities and roadmap that delivery can act on and, where it helps, I build and lead the teams and design authorities that sustain it. I've done this across many industries, in industry itself, in leading consulting firms, and independently, which is where the broad perspective and the pattern recognition come from. I've held senior roles including Head of Enterprise Architecture, Interim CTO, Head of Business Design, Practice Director and Chief Architect, working with executive teams, CEOs and boards. I'm also a respected contributor to the profession's development.
